This hotel was perfectly situated right in the centre of town with easy access to everywhere. The rooms on the 4th floor with a window to the main street had a good view and fresh made bread was served at breakfast with free coffee.
No negative aspects to report, all was ok.

I had a fantastic stay at Lylo Queenstown - Formerly Jucy Snooze. The capsules provided a unique and private experience, unlike any other hostel. The shared facilities were well-maintained and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was also ideal, with convenient parking across the street and a restaurant and lounge on the top floor. I was impressed by the great value for money and would definitely come back.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The beds were great, with individual power points and lights. the building felt secure and had a bar on the top floor with specials throughout the week. the self check-in option was convenient and easy to use. the bathrooms were plentiful, which was helpful.
The kitchen area was quite small and not well-suited for the number of people using it. the limited selection of breakfast options left something to be desired.

We had an enjoyable stay at this centrally located hotel. The rooftop bar was one of the best aspects, with fine views and delicious pizzas. The pod rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable bedding and ample storage space under the beds. The bathrooms and kitchen were also clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

This hotel's location is a major plus point, with everything in the town center close by. We loved the room service which was quick and efficient, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, and we felt rejuvenated every time we looked out. the kids enjoyed the indoor games and pool facilities, keeping them entertained for hours.
The hotel lacked adequate seating space in the rooms and common areas.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury. the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and bar/lounge area, made my stay unforgettable. the leisure/TV room was a relaxing place to wind down after a long day. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the location. Though convenient for accessing activities and restaurants, there was some noise from outside that disturbed my sleep.

The free chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs were a nice touch. The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything. Plus, the view from our room was amazing!
The beds were rock hard and left us all feeling sore in the morning. The shower never got hot enough and was a disappointment, especially after a long day of skiing.
